Directing Board Goals

1. We will develop a funding model and provide specific and tailored financial data which allow for local control and the ability for member districts to assess the value of cooperative membership.
   
2. We will collaboratively develop and provide programs and services that meet the unique needs of each elementary and high school member district.
   
3. We will develop a LADSE programs and services accountability system that defines and measures the success of students and of LADSE district satisfaction.
   
4. We will develop instructional, community engagement, recruitment, and retention practices that reflect a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
