Assistive Technology ResourcesLADSE is a member of the Infinitec West coalition. Historically, approximately 450 school districts and social service agencies from across Illinois voluntarily joined in a grassroots effort to address the assistive technology needs of their students, consumers, staff, families and leaders. UCP/Infinitec leadership facilitates and manages the five regional coalitions. Today, Infinitec has broadened to include Kansas, Minnesota, Georgia and the charter schools of Los Angeles County.
Through this membership, LADSE has access to trainings, equipment rentals, and on-line resources. The Infinitec Coallition Connection website, www.myinfinitec.org, provides a variety of resources and can be accessed by all LADSE member districts. |
