LADSE is governed by a Directing Board consisting of the seventeen superintendents of our member districts. Each member district has an equal voice in policy making and resource allocation. The Directing Board reviews and approves budgets, policies, and program development priorities for the cooperative and has ultimate decision-making responsibilities. The board employs the executive director of the cooperative.
